Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement

THIS NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT ("NDA") is entered into between Go To Bahamas Asset Management ("GTB") and the applicant vendor ("Vendor") upon submission of this application and acceptance below.

I have read and agree to be bound by the Non-Disclosure Agreement. I understand that all client business must remain private and that rates agreed with Go To Bahamas are strictly confidential and must not be discussed or disclosed.

Partnership Terms: Approved vendors receive a dashboard to manage listings, bookings, availability, and earnings. Go To Bahamas handles marketing and customer acquisition. Standard commission is 15% per booking. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
